Kelio celebrates its first birthday

One year ago, Kelio Ltd was born. At the start of 2024, Bodet Ltd changed its name to Bodet Time Ltd and created a sister company: Kelio Ltd. It’s been a busy year, packed with growth and development. Here are some of our highlights.
One refreshed and revamped website
We revealed a separate website, packed with information, news, blogs and case studies about our workforce management solutions.
One LinkedIn account created
We complemented the website with a standalone LinkedIn account for Kelio. If you don’t already, you can follow Kelio on LinkedIn here.
Two new team members (and a baby)
The Kelio team grew in 2024. Ramsay Miller moved across from our technical team to join the business development team. Catherine Ellwood came into the marketing team as maternity cover for Emma Traill. We’ve started 2025 as we mean to go on, with Noshafren Khobyari joining the team as accounts and admin assistant.
Two tradeshows attended
In May, Kelio exhibited at the Food and Drink Expo. Covering five shows in one space, the Expo is aimed at the retail, wholesale, foodservice, manufacturing and hospitality sectors. This was followed swiftly by the CIPD Festival of Work in June. The show focuses on the good things that happen when organisations invest in their people.
We showcased the benefits of our workforce management solutions to a combined total of around 36,500 people.
New functionality
In November, the UK team joined colleagues from France – and Kelio’s subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Spain and Belgium – for a product update. This event, which happens every two years, outlines upcoming improvements and additions to the Kelio product.
Updates to Kelio are in the pipeline
To provide a better service for you, we continue to refine and improve the Kelio suite of products. We are excited about two key updates which are coming soon.
1. Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
The Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will make recruitment a smoother process for companies and candidates.
2. Expenses module
This intuitive interface will eliminate the need for the mountains of paperwork and receipts usually attached to claim forms. It’s suitable for companies of all sizes, and easy to use for both manager and team member.
