Kelio’s Staff Administration software enables you to generate HR documents quickly and easily in Word®; ready for mass or individual mailing via email for electronic signature and monitored on the Kelio dashboard. We have now upgraded to include certifications!
Should proof of certification be needed, for example, for authorisation to handle equipment requiring specific training, the details of the certification can be transformed to create a mass mailed document. It can be generated individually or in grouped mode and customised by the administrator. Choose whether to send it to a specific employee or their line manager.
